PurAir Filter Systems
PurAir filters incorporate
the highest quality HEPA media to trap airborne
mold spores down to .3 microns. By capturing airborne
spores and holding them they die for lack of moisture.

commercial and industrial environments. Thus providing
the ultimate in air purification.
Media used in PurAir filters
HEPA (High Efficiency Particle Arresting) filter
material was developed by the U.S. government
to protect scientists from radioactive airborne
particles. The HEPA air filter removes 99.7% of
harmful particles 0.3 microns and larger, including
dust, mold spores, dust mites, pet dander and
other troublesome allergens that come from house
hold chemicals and synthetic materials.
Potassium Permanganate material is an additional
filter layer that contains a potassium-impregnated
blend of activated carbon that greatly aids in
removal of the formaldehyde, ammonia, and other
dangerous volatile organic compounds.
Activated Carbon, known as the universal adsorbent,
is the most effective adsorbent available for
gas and vapor collection.
Poly media is a pre filter removing large amounts
of air borne material. This poly media aids in
providing longer life to the other working filter
material media.
UV light is used in some PurAir systems to remove
bacteria and virus.
