The Environet Air Purifier Model 500 is designed for spaces
up to 500 square feet/4000 cubic feet.
The Environet Air Purifier utilizes Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation
(UVGI) technology, this technology has been used in healthcare
facilities to sterilize operating rooms and equipment. Since
it only uses the energy of a 100-watt light bulb, the Environet
Air Purifier costs pennies per day to operate. The UVGI technology
can neutralize odors and remove most gases and vapors from the
air. Independent laboratory tests showed a reduction of bacteria
thus sterilizing the room it occupies. The unit is portable,
low maintenance - no filters or blades to clean-, and also operates
via a remote control device. The unit can be set on low, medium,
high or continuous run and also offers automatic shut off after
2, 4, or 8 hours. It is designed to fit into any décor
and only weighs 4 pounds. The unit alerts to the user to replace
the UVLamp after 9000 hours usage. The Environet Air Purifier
comes with a 3-year warranty for the unit and one year (9000
hours) for the UV lamp.
