The Pur Air System is a self-contained, circular
unit that takes the place of the paddles of
a standard ceiling fan. It uses a three-stage
filtration system: a pre-filter; a charcoal
filter; and a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate
Air) filter to help remove unwanted and unhealthy
contaminants in your home, office or workplace.
The Pur Air uses the natural high and low air
pressure in your home to draw up unclean air
and recirculate the fresh air at a rate of two-thousand
(2,000) cubic feet air per minute. That means
it completely recirculates and refreshes the
air in an average 20' X 20' room every 90 seconds.
While many stand-alone air purifiers can be
effective, they are notorious energy guzzlers
and move only a fraction of the air as a typical
ceiling fan. The Pur Air uses no more energy
than a ceiling fan, takes up no floor space
and is a considerably quiet alternative to air
purifiers on the market today.
